1 - If you want to cancel or return an order

While we hope that you will be delighted with your order, we understand that occasionally you will want to return an item for exchange or refund.  Just let us know within 7 working days of when you receive your order by emailing us at customerservices@colourfulfashion.com stating your name, order number, the item being returned and reason. Please send the item back including a proof of purchase to:

We are unable to accept returned goods from the following counties (including BPFO) unless they are clearly marked as RETURNED GOODS, UK VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER 814 6756 14.  Please contact us or your local postal office for more details: Australia, Canada, Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Gurnsey, Iceland, Japan, Jersey, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, San Marino, Singapore, Switzerland, USA.

We will only accept items returned in their original condition.  Please include all original packaging.  We recommend you post the goods, insuring them against loss or damage in transit and obtain proof of posting.  If returned items are not in their original condition no refund will be made.  We will not refund charges for additional services including giftwrapping and faster delivery.  Once we receive returned products and packaging, refunds will be credited to the payment card account used for the purchase within 2 weeks.  Please note that it may take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account. We cannot be responsible for charges made by your bank or credit card company whilst waiting for returned items to be refunded.

2 - If you don't receive your goods next day and you selected a next day delivery option

Email or write to us within 48 hours of the due delivery time so we can check with our courier. If we are at fault we will refund you the delivery charge you have paid.

3 - If you don’t receive your goods within 18 working days (UK addresses), within 26 days (non-UK addresses), or if your goods are damaged in transit

Email or write to us so that we can instruct our courier to investigate your claim. If we are at fault we will refund you the price of the goods plus delivery once our courier's investigation is complete, within 90 days of your claim. No refund will be made if your goods are delayed, lost or damaged due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. the delivery address you give us being incorrect, severe weather conditions, or acts of vandalism or terrorism, or industrial action or customs clearance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We make every effort to deliver goods within 18 working days to UK addresses and within 26 days to non-UK addresses, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4 - If you think your goods are faulty or not as described

If you think an item is faulty or not as described on this website, notify us in writing and post it back to us in original condition with all packaging within 7 days, insuring it against loss or damage in transit and obtain proof of posting.  Select the most appropriate local postal service depending on the weight and value of the goods to be returned. For UK customers this is via Royal Mail as follows:

Total value over £41 and weight under 2kg Special Delivery
Total value over £41 and weight over 2kg Standard Parcels with additional compensation

If we agree with you, we will refund you the price of the item.  We will refund you our standard delivery charge if no other items were delivered in the same order.  We will also refund you the most appropriate local return postal service charge depending on the weight and value of the goods returned.

If we disagree with you, we will offer to return the item to you for a charge to cover the cost of redelivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
